Known as the industrial city of Turkey, Kocaeli is moving towards becoming the IT city following the “Informatics Valley” investment and the services offered by the Metropolitan Municipality. The Fair emphasizes the importance of supporting information technologies where information and ways of accessing information have undergone radical changes.
